What is PAssion Card and what are the benefits of the One PAssion Card?

The PAssion Card is certainly more than just another membership or discount card. It serves the unique purpose of connecting you with your community by offering you a host of exciting and wholesome activities.

The PAssion Card gives you every reason to start enjoying life! You can enjoy great discounts on courses and activities available at all Community Clubs and other PA units such as Water Venture and Outward Bound Singapore. With the PAssion Card, your benefits do not stop here. You can also enjoy exclusive discounts at 400 PAssion merchant outlets plus, earning and redeem LinkPoints from over 100 CCs and more than 500 NTUC Link merchant outlets.

In short, PAssion Card allows members to enjoy the following benefits:

	Enjoy members’ rates at all CCs and privileges other PA Outlets;

	Earn and Redeem LinkPoints at all the CCs /participating PA outlets nation wide

	Enjoy discounts at other PA outlets like PA Water Venture Clubs, Outward Bound Singapore, The WEARHouse (PA’s costumes rental service), PA concerts as well as some other activities and facilities under PA.

	Earn and redeem LinkPoints from over 500 participating NTUC Link merchant outlets including the NTUC FairPrice; and

	Enjoy discounts at over 500 PAssion merchant outlets recruited by PA


PAssion Card represents the Lifestyle Programme and Experience offered by PA. It also represents PA's good customers' relationship and value for our members as the members' data collected allows PA to conduct targeted marketing.

What is the membership fee?

The 3-year membership fees are:

	Principal Card: $10.00 for 3-year or $20 for 6-year.
	Principal Card (Senior Citizens≥60 & children<18 years old) : $ 8.00 for 3-year or $16 for 6-year
	Supplementary Card (Spouse of Principal Card member) : $ 8.00 for 3-year or $16 for 6-year

	Please note that children below 18 years old can be registered together with his/her parent who is a Principal Card member and they can share the card with his/her parent at no extra membership fee, if the children do not wish to register himself/herself as a principal card member and hold a separate card.

Will I get the same benefits at all CCs and PA outlets?

PAssion Card member who spends $10 or more in a single payment will enjoy LinkPoints plus discount at all CCs and PA outlets.

How do I know what discounts and privileges, merchants are offering?

PAssion Card member can check the latest promotions/offers from participating merchants at:

Email Blast and SMS (Members are encouraged to furnish their email addresses and handphone numbers in their application);

How do members earn Linkpoints using PAssion Card?

Members can make use of the PAssion Card to earn LinkPoints at all CCs when member spends $10/- or more at any CC. At CCs, $10/- spent will earn the member $10/- LinkPoints and every additional $1/- equals to one LinkPoint. However, for online transaction, $10/- spent will earn the member double LinkPoints, that is, 20 LinkPoints for $10 spent and every additional $1/- equals to two LinkPoints. This is to encourage the use of eServices and ePayment.

In addition, member may also use his/her PAssion Card to earn LinkPoints at all the NTUC Link merchant outlets including the NTUC FairPrice. (i.e. a minimum spending is required by some merchants for LinkPoints award)

How can members make use of the LinkPoints accumulated?

Member can use the card to redeem LinkPoints at:

CCs - to offset their payment for courses or book CC facilities.
LinkPoints Online Rewards website (www.linkpoints.com.sg or under "Online Rewards") - online redemption for exciting vouchers.
Participating Link Merchant outlets - offset their purchases or redeem for featured Instant Rewards at the merchants' outlets.
LinkPoints Rewards centre @NTUC Centre - redeem for a selected range of attractive Instant Rewards.

At PA, the redemption formula is 150 linkpoints equals $1/-.

Can LinkPoints be combined by two members for redemption purpose?

For redemption of LinkPoints, the combination of up to two cards is allowed for redemption purposes and this is acceptable by most merchants.

In addition, upon transaction whereby LinkPoints are awarded, a receipt will be generated to show the number of LinkPoints a member has.

Can NTUC Union Membership or Max Card be used at CCs for discounts and LinkPoints accumulation?

No, the privileges at the CCs are exclusive to PAssion Card member only.

What is the cost for card replacement?

You will be charged a fee of $5.35 (inclusive of GST) or such other sum as may be determined by PA from time to time for a replacement card.

PAssion Supplementary Card & Supplementary Membership FAQS

Who is entitled to apply for Supplementary Cards and how much does it cost?

For PAssion Supplementary Card, The spouse(s) of Principal PAssion Card Member gets to apply for the Supplementary Card at a discounted membership fee of $8.The spouse will be able to enjoy the full benefits of PAssion Card programme, including earning of of LinkPoints to be awarded to his/her own PAssion Supplementary Card and get discounts for CC courses/activties and rental of facilities. However, please note that the validity of the spouse’s Supplementary Card is the same as the Principal (i.e. if Principal has 2 years left of membership, spouse will also get 2 years only)

Are Supplementary Membership for children only? Is there a membership fee to include Supplementary Members?

For Supplementary Membership, it is only applicable to the Principal's children who are below 18 yrs old and they can be registered with the Principal Card Member at no cost. However, the child will not get his/her own PAssion Card but he/she will share the use of the Principal PAssion Card. The child is still entitled to discounts for courses/activities at CCs/PA outlets though the LinkPoints awarded will be credited to the Principal PAssion Card.

Is there a limit as to how many children can be added as Supplementary members?

No, there is no limit as to how many children can be tagged to the Principle Card Member. However, these must be his/her own children and the children must be below 18 years old at the point of registration.
