Singapore Philatelic Museum
SPM's fascinating array of 11,000 philatelic artefacts traces Singapore's history from the Straits Settlements period till
today. Discover significant postal milestones such as the establishment of the mail route between Southeast Asia and Europe.
Visitors to SPM can view 19th century stamps that were cut along its shape to separate them. Other rarities include the only
known copies of the artworks of King Edward VII stamps produced by stamp designers when Queen Victoria passed away in 1901.
This quaint and cosy museum also presents changing exhibitions which feature local and international thematic collections
presented in colourful and interactive styles.
