Do I need to pay for the App and who should download the App? |
|
|
The PAssion Card iPhone App developed by the
People's Association (PA) is available for free download via the App Store.
PAssion Card Members who wish to receive the latest updates on PAssion Card promotions,
recommended courses and happenings on-the-go or anyone who wish to find out more
about PA offerings should download the App.

I have an iPhone with ver 3 OS. Can I still download the App? |
|

Yes, you can. The App is compatible with both OS versions 3 and 4.
|

Why do I need to set up a profile? |
|
|
For members who would like to participate in the Contests & Quizzes and download
exclusive E-Coupons, they would have to set up their profiles as the above programmes
and promotions are available exclusively to PAssion Card Members only.

What fields can I change after setting up my profile? |
|
|
The only editable fields are email address and mobile number.
|

What if I would like to change my username after setting up my
profile?

|
|
A change in username would require the termination of the existing user profile.
In such instances, members can email to PAssionCard@pa.gov.sg
with their requests (together with their name, username, NRIC and contact numbers)
and our administrator would proceed with the termination. Upon successful termination
of the existing user profile, members can then proceed to register their new user
profile. The above applies for a change in PAssion Card number as well, in event
that members renew or has a replacement card issued to them.

Why can't I set up my profile with my preferred username?

|
Members can decide on their preferred username. In the event a member chooses a
username which is already in use, the member would be prompted that the “username
exists” and have to decide on another username.

If I hold multiple cards, can I set up separate profiles?
 |
|
|
Each member is allowed to set up one profile only.
|
|
|

Why do I need to download the updates for the App?
 |
|
|
We intend to include new features and functionalities for the App on a regular basis
and downloading the updates would allow members access to these new features and
functionalities.

Why does it seem that the list of courses reflected within
the App is incomplete?
 |
|
|
Only recommended courses for the week are added onto the list. For the complete
list of courses offered by People's Association, please visit www.OurCommunity.sg.

How does the E-Coupon work?
 |
|
|
All you need to do is to download and flash the downloaded E-Coupon at the participating
merchant to enjoy the privileges and discounts stated on the E-Coupon. As our E-Coupons
are only redeemable once, kindly redeem and submit the request at the point of purchase.
